Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy
We want you to feel confident when placing an order with Pure Nourish Skincare. Please review the following policy regarding order cancellations and changes.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at Purenourish@yahoo.com with your order number.
Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Subscription & Recurring Purchase Options
If you have selected a subscription or recurring purchase option:

Subscriptions may be canceled or modified at any time prior to the next billing date

Changes must be made through your customer account or by contacting us at Purenourish@yahoo.com

Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be canceled for that billing cycle
Non-Cancellable Items
The following items cannot be canceled once ordered:
- Orders already processed or shipped

Digital products or downloadable items (if applicable)
Refunds
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Additional Notes
Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, processing may begin shortly after purchase. We encourage customers to review their order carefully before completing checkout.
